Clear and transparent billing is an important part of your experience at our office. We aim to provide straightforward information about fees and payment expectations so you can plan your care with confidence. If you have any questions, our team is always available to assist you.

Patient Billing

For your convenience, we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Interac. We are committed to providing high-quality care at a reasonable cost; therefore, payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have any questions regarding your account, please contact us at 705-743-6140. In many cases, a simple phone call can quickly resolve any concerns.

Please note that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage.

  I have rarely shown up for a dental appt after making the appt; I probably canceled more that I showed up for.  Since coming to Liftlock Family Dentistry I am not anxious, nervous or full of dread. I even showed up a month early for an appt. No other office is more understanding, kind, empathic.  Nor is any question you ask "dumb". They will be my first and final dental office!
